We have been delighted with the outcome of the renovation. This is due to the consistantly high standard of work. The family continued to live in the house throughout the renovation to add to the complexity of the project. The professional guidance we had throughout the project from Steve was welcomed. No problem that arose, could not be fixed , no change of plan was too much trouble. It is fair to say that Steves calm manner throughout made the project so much easier. We were impressed in the manner that the property was kept as tidy as possible and they made every effort to minimise disruption to ourselves and our neighbours. G&S came highly recommended from a virtual rebuild of a family home further along Braemar Rd. Prior to the start date Steve Grant happily visited the site several times to discuss the project and become familiar with the site and plan details.
