Comments about KFC - Glenfield
On 27th October I went to the Glenfield branch of Kentucky Fried Chicken. I ordered a meal deal which was 6 pieces of chicken and 2 large sides. with that order i ordered 3 extra pieces of chicken. When I got home with my order I was disappointed to see not one thigh or drumstick. all we got was wing pieces and rib cage pieces and one breast. How disappointing when my favorite pieces are the thigh and drum !! Really wanted to take it back but didn't want to waste my petrol money or time to get what I should have got in the first place. So the question is, how do you decide what pieces of chicken to give to each customer ? Bear in mind there's 9 pieces and 4 options. Breast ,Rib, thigh and drum. Not normally one to complain but 1st time KFC has disappointed me so much !! What are you going to do about it KFC ?
