It's 'Plimmer' not 'Plimmers' Steps. The locale is 3b/3 (technically G3) Plimmer Emporium which is situated on the corner of Plimmer Steps and 'Dominion Lane' and is not shown on the Map. (2.5 flights of steps up from the bottom, dont go past Urban Sanctuary, turn left and it's the place with the Green Hood above the door). The old entrance to Zoe's Cafe for anyone who remembers. I'll post a pic next time I'm down that way ;-)
