Wellington Rowing Club

Wellington Rowing Club is one of the premier rowing clubs in New Zealand The rowing club has for hire it's upstairs function facilities. This distinctive Victorian Stick style building was built in 1894. The proximity to Frank Kitts Park, the new Museum of New Zealand, Michael Fowler Centre and central business district makes it the ideal place for receptions and conferences. The majestic panoramic views of the boat lagoon, boat shed and Wellington Harbour together with the modernistic city structures, will enhance the atmosphere of any gathering. The function facilities have recently undergone a full restoration to its original glory; which has increased the size of the hall and provided a new kitchen for catering.
