Watson Real Estate Ltd was established on the 1st August 1996, with the shareholders being Ken and his two sons Marcus and Greg. A family type business sits extremely comfortably with us as our total office concept is built around “one big happy family”. Ken, Marcus and Greg have a combined experience of over 50 years in the Real Estate industry in Palmerston North. All the staff have been specially selected to enhance the company reputation, as well as upholding our motto of “Honesty and Integrity is Everything”. Our levels of expertise involve Residential property, Lifestyle property, and a very strong Property Management (rentals) division. We regularly hold residential investment seminars at our office and we are always happy to offer free advice whenever called upon.
