Now established in a new gallery in the historic Queens Wharf Offices Building, the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts exhibits a range of New Zealand arts and crafts. Most works are for sale at a low rate of commission, therefore offering support to the Academy's members; artists and crafts people across New Zealand. The Academy was established in 1882 and is a non-profit making private company. Just 2 minutes walk from Downtown Wellington. There is wheelchair access and bathroom facilities.
