Customer service was extremely poor. My mother ordered flowers from UK (unknown to me) for my wedding here in Wellington. The flowers did not arrive. She was so upset that her surprise was spoilt. When I phoned to find out what had happened it turned out the courier had not delivered them and returned them back to Lime. Someone had been to recieve the flowers all day - plus mum had provided our phone number and no-one had called. When I contacted Lime - no apology just the offer of an alternative bouquet or a voucher. Does not make up for missing my wedding.
