Description
Area 51 is the epitome of denim and streetwear style. The racks are packed with seriously cool labels including Diesel, G-star, Paper Denim and cloth, Evisu, Tsubi, Herringbone, Duffer of St. George and local favourite, Huffer. For the girls there's Sylvester, Gorman and Saa and Bide. Area 51 also stocks footwear from Camper, Birkenstock and Adidas.

I love this store. My partner and I are from Palmerston North and we took a trip down to Wellington (as you do for that much needed therapy splurge) and we were having MASSIVE trouble trying to find a store that sold our favourite brand "huffer". We were walking down the street saying to each other "MAN, I can't believe there's not one store in WELLINGTON that doesn't stock huffer", a lot of the stores being "generation" stockists, for lack of better word, and we even go funny screwed up faces when we enquired about our much beloved brand, as if to say...are you serious...well duh silly boi. And then....TADA!!!.....there we saw it, brandished on the window signages "HUFFER". Best reason to travel to Wellington for the day for. Area 51 sure does sell the best huffer jackets, hoodies and T's by far. Love it!! will definitly be back for more ooohs and ahhhhs
