Chicken marinated for a minimum of 24 hours and freshly prepared to order, flame grill basted with lemon and herb or peri-peri seasoning. Mild, hot, and extra hot sauce, following the Portuguese style. All excess fat is trimmed and flame grilled to further reduce the fat content. The chicken is tasty, juicy and healthy.
