Dear whom, it may concern

atta bei...we need a skate park, coz all we do is hang around the streets doing nothing, this could save us from getting into trouble. I know it cost a lot of people but we realy need one. one day we went to the mayors house and asked him if we can get a skate park for us, but he hasnt got back to us...I am the main one who has thought about this but there are a few of us that want a skate park...
