4 weeks ago I joined Camera House Johnsonville 12 month "gold member" customer club to get discounted digital prints. Next time I go in all the machines have been changed and the useful features that were included on the old machines (e.g. red eye, cut, zoom) are now charged extra. So I now have to pay more for the same thing.Even though the guy in the shop has effectively cancelled our 12 month membership after only 4 weeks, he wonât refund the cost of membership. Pretty dishonest really.I regret ever having done business with these guys. Donât make my mistake. Go somewhere else!

Camera house is a chain... It's not the people who work there's fault. Camera house head office implemented these changes, the employee's of the Johnsonville store have absolutely no control over company policy, they are not allowed to refund your gold membership... does this make them dishonest people? No it does not. Your gold membership is not nullified either, you still get the same discounts you always did, granted the extra charges are a pain in the backside but fortunately the software to zoom and crop, remove red eye etc, is readily available, free and simple to use. Just google it and you'll find hundreds of free programs that let you do these things in the comfort of your own home.
Putuaki - otherwise known as Mt Edgecumbe, lies just to the southeast of Kawerau and stands at 821m in height. See Te Ara for more details.
