Just a note re this house suffered from leaky home in the three bed rooms and my friend had to abandon it due to the mold in all the bedrooms for health reasons. The design of the house is flawed to allow water to not build up. In this case the entire roof cavity contained large amounts of water as well as water leaking into the front room from the balcony and according to the guys sent to fix it they commented that the house was a flawed design, which made it susceptible to being a leaky home.
However the owner said he was stripping the house down at the time about a year and a half ago.
I am sure it is fixed but ensure to obtain the relevant report.
