Smartlinx 3 Ltd is an open-access broadband network company with local community shareholders including three City Councils (Hutt, Porirua and Upper Hutt) and the Hutt Mana Charitable Trust.Our objective is to establish an open, competitive, high-bandwidth telecommunications infrastructure available to the communities and cities within the jurisdiction of Hutt City Council, Porirua City Council and Upper Hutt City Council. CafeNET is available in a number of locations in the three cities.
